Who am I…?

I’m a first-generation Korean immigrant raised in the Weston neighbourhood of Toronto (yes, the very inspiration for Drake’s Weston Road Flows).

Growing up, my family and I have spent so much time navigating complex public systems not always designed with equity or accessibility in mind. These lived experiences have shaped my personal and professional values, rooted in community, service, and justice, and I hope to use my education and abilities to give back to the very people and communities who supported my upbringing!

After a career in finance, law, and biotechnology, I have returned to school with the goal of becoming a public policy leader shaping our collective future.
